About Kerri Klein
I am a fourth generation San Diegan, and third generation in real estate. As an adolescent, I worked after school and weekends in my grandfather's commercial real estate firm here in San Diego. A strong work ethic and passion for the business was established early on and continues to be a part of who I am today.
After college, I worked in Mergers and Acquisitions at Great Western Bank's corporate headquarters in Northridge, California. I handled the mergers and acquistions of failed savings and loans. This experience helped to form the foundation of my current professional business practices and etiquite. My well rounded knowledge of business and the community I grew up in, is an asset to the clients I represent.
I have earned numerous awards as a top producer during my real estate career which began in 1985. My areas of expertise include residential sales, residential infill development consulting, land acquisition, and the analysis, sales, and management of multi-family and retail commercial properties. I am not only a broker, but also an experienced investor, and enjoy mentoring those interested in getting into the very lucrative business of real estate investing.
I am an active member in good standing of the following organizations:
San Diego Association of Realtors
San Diego County Commercial Association of Realtors
La Jolla Real Estate Broker Association
San Diego Chapter CCIM
San Diego County Apartment Association
Mammoth Lakes Board of Realtors
California Association of Realtors
National Association of Realtors.
As life members of the La Jolla Historical Society and Save Our Heritage Organization (SOHO), my husband Mark Wiesner and I have a passion for preserving San Diego's charm and have restored several historic homes in La Jolla. We were recently honored with the "People In Preservation" award by SOHO and the Mayor of San Diego. I enjoy cooking, skiing, hiking and enjoying home time with my husband and chocolate lab Kodi.
